About For Pets Sake
For Pets Sake first opened its doors in 2013 in Angaston, in the beautiful Barossa Valley wine region. In 2025 I took the leap and became the owner of this character-filled shop. I’d fallen in love with the community – the familiar faces, wagging tails, cats tucked under arms, and the joy of seeing pets come in for pats, chats, and far too many treats.
You’ll find us at 24 Murray Street, Angaston: an independent pet shop a short drive from Nuriootpa and Tanunda, open six days.

If a product isn’t currently available, we’re happy to order it in as soon as we can.

Kapunda & around the Valley
Regulars come in from Kapunda and across the Barossa for pet food, natural treats, beds and flea & worming. If a product isn’t in stock, we’re happy to order it in.

No. We’re a pet supplies shop, not a vet clinic. The Vet Clinic is a separate business, right behind our shop on Murray Street.
